So ... It's Cold & Windy!!

Oh My Goodness Gracious!!!  It is So Cold out there & it's so Windy .. it's Blowing everything around!  Just Crazy!  I wish it would Stop being so Windy so the Snow can come down nice & pretty!!  :)  Awe .. that's cute! :)

So last night, my friend, Annie hosted a Paper Party!  It was a Lot of fun & the Creator is So Talented!!  Her name is Christina Watson .. you guys should check out her Blog & all her websites - Christina Studio Designs.  She makes Everything her self & cuts them individually!  Amazing!!!  :) 

So I was thinking, I need to find a Starbucks around where I work!!  I have to leave my house so stinking early that the one around me isn't even open!  But .. if I find one around my Work Environment .. well, that would just be GREAT!!  :) I LOVE Starbucks!!!  .. I always get the White Chocolate Mocha .. if you haven't tried it yet .. Do It!!!  :)  It's like a lil' peice of heaven w/ every sip!!  :)

A Perfect Sunday :)

So yesterday (Sunday) was the Perfect Day!! Daniel had off (the 1st Sunday he's had off for like 3 months!!) so it was great!! I wish we could have it that way every weekend. We woke up early (around 6:30 or so), took showers & got ready. Daniel said I had to be ready by 7:30! So .. of course, I'm running a lil' late. He comes in the room @ 7:32 saying we were suppose to have left 2 minutes ago .. whoopsie Daisy! Well, I tell him he should learn from my friend, Annie by telling me an earlier time so I would actually be ready On time instead of being late. Of course, he just sits there patiently. :) So we leave the house by 7:40 & head to his church in Ballwin, MO. He was leading worship so that's why we had to be there so early. On the way there, he tells me he Did do what Annie usually does. We really weren't suppose to leave the house until 7:45!!!! I was So proud of him!! ha ha So we were actually early & I was able to get Starbucks!! I was So excited!! :)
So I watched the worship team practice & talked to some people that were there as well. We had church .. saw Pastor Tim, in which he still can't talk b/c the Surgeons messed up his vocal cords .. I think he might have to go into surgery again to "re-do" what they messed up. So .. hopefully, if he does do that they won't mess up the other one or mess them up more!
After church, we all went out to eat .. I love that! We usually don't get to do that w/ everyone since Daniel always has to work. So it was nice to finally catch up & just sit back & socialize. :)
Afterwards, Daniel & I went back home to watch the football game & he let me decide which tv so we watched it downstairs so I could fall asleep on his lap! I loved it!! :)
Then we went to my church & FINALLY Daniel was able to come w/ me!! I was so excited! The message was great .. but Ian always does a Great job, so that wasn't a surprise! Then Rick came up & started talking about working w/ the local community, in which I'm so excited to get involved w/ some of that! :)
I did the Connection Center for the 1st time visitors .. I could do that Every week, I love it so much! It's great to see the new faces, etc. This week, I was a lil' late so I literally had to run back there! It was quite the scene. But my nephew was in there & he seemed to Love the music .. he was just singing away so I was distracted w/ him .. hence the running back there! ha ha:)
After church a group of us went out to eat to Chilli's! I was so excited! :) So what a perfect day! .. I think the only thing that would have made it WAY better is if I was able to see my sister-in-law, Katie! She was out of town on business so she wasn't @ church in the morning. Boo :( (We don't get to see her much) But other than that, it was pretty nice. :) Very Hectic but I wish we could do that Every Sunday!! :) Okay .. I hope you all are having a Wonderful Columbus Day!! :)

That Dang tiny lil' Bladder!!

So .. today was one of those days that I needed a Pop, soda .. whatever you call it, to wake myself up. So, I decided to get the 32oz of Diet Coke! Bad Mistake!! .. I had to pee literally every 20 minutes! It's like the tiniest bladder decided to crawl up in me & just sit there & laugh in my face just to watch me squirm!! For instance, today @ lunch .. do you think I could wait until After the bell rings?? .. Yes, we work on bells, welcome to my life!! It's Grrreat! Anyways, so after I heated up my food (I actually Brought my lunch today .. you should be so proud!!) .. I sat down to eat it & instantly had to pee .. I seriously just went about 15 minutes before that so I thought I was good! & on top of that, my food was Way too hot so the smart person I am, decided to take a Huge bite before running to the bathroom. I literally thought I was going to pee myself b/c first off that Dang lil' bladder crawled up in me & 2nd my throat was on FIRE that it actually startled me!!! .. I literally could feel the lining on the top of my mouth shredding off while trying to take a drink @ the same time. & of course, I'm very animated. So everyone around me was either thinking, 1) she's choking 2) she's crying while eating her food .. that's weird, I wonder what's wrong? 3) why is she dancing @ lunch w/ that awful look on her face!?!!?! Seriously .. it was not a pretty picture!

& I think that about does it for today. .. I hope the Tiny lil' bladder doesn't get you next!!!

Battle of the Bands :)

So .. awhile back, Daniel was asked to be a Lead Singer in a Band, which was So Very Exciting!! He was a lil' nervous about it but was very honored they'd asked him & diffently Static about it!! :) They had practice every week if not more & he started to learn all the words to the songs. Well, on Friday was when they performed & oh my goodness .. they were Great .. Daniel was Great!! (& I'm not just saying that b/c he's my husband) Before they were announced, I could tell he was nervous but right when he got up there to sing & he saw all of us there supporting him, he was comfortable as could be!!! I was So proud of him .. I love to listen to him & it seemed like everyone else did to. & of course, he did some dancing which was hilarious .. the crowd ate it up! Not only did he sing Fantastically but he got into it & made the crowd hoot & hollar! :)

So along w/ the band he sang w/, there were 3 other bands. It was a night of the Battle of the Bands .. all part of different companies & it was a fundraiser for United Health. :) Anyways .. today we found out that Daniel's Team / Band Won the whole thing!! How exciting!! It was great to hear that today!! I'm so proud of Daniel & all of them! Okay .. I hope you all have a Wonderful Day & I'll talk to you guys later!

Please say a prayer - Extremely sad story, a friend to my brother

So I just found out that a close friend (17 yrs) of my brother was in a car accident & died last night along w/ his brother (18yrs) who was flown to St. Louis University due to major injuries. My mom said the whole family isn't taking this so well & that my brother hasn't said a word since he found out. My brother isn't that close to Christ & I assume that the brothers aren't either from just what I've heard. I pray this will only help the family get closer to Him instead of pushing them away, along w/ my brother! Please, say a prayer for all of them along w/ the woman (50yrs) that was the other driver, she passed away @ the scene as well - So both drivers died & the other brother (18yrs) is still in critical condition.

Great TV Shows!

So ... I love Glee! I was just sitting here "working" & laughed to myself b/c the songs they do are hilarious! You can't help but laugh & be drawn into it! The dancing & the songs are something else! Especially, when you see football players breaking it down to a song about putting a Ring on their finger! Daniel & I will watch Glee together & then I secretly go back & watch it Again!!! It makes me want to break down in a public place & start singing .. but then again, I would have to hire backup dancers so it would actually look cool & not just be some Weirdo singing! .. I seriously have a problem. :)

House - Love him! His bluntness is sometimes just Cruel! .. but funny
Survivor - Daniel got me started on that. The best is when we watch it w/ the Stamps! :)
LOST!!! - Hasn't come back on yet .. but I can NOT wait!
The Hills - Just me .. Daniel can't stand it! :)
Fringe - Daniel & I watch it together b/c it's freaky so I have to have him by my side w/ my feet up! .. I'm such a dork! :)

We might be starting a new show soon .. but I can't remember the name of it. I never seem to watch them on time .. that's why DVR is the Best!! :)

Oh .. this has nothing to do w/ shows but have you tried out a Snuggie?!?! I don't even care what others think .. I love it & I'm not even ashamed that I have one! It's another great invention .. along w/ the paperclip, of course. :)

Newbie w/ Blogging :)

So .. I'm new w/ this whole Blogging thing but my friend Jaime told me I need to do it ... & then she came up w/ the name "Flasch'n & Laughin'" ... due to my last name being "Flaschar" (I married into it) & I'm always laughing!!  :) So Flasch'n & Laughin' will have to do for now. I love to laugh & have a good time w/ family & friends so it just fits!

Last night, we had a meeting w/ SimplyFun & it was So much fun! I am a SimplyFun consultant that sells Family-Fun filled Games! The Co-Founder was there last night & gave away a whole Value Set!! It was Great! My friend, Margo & I could not stop laughing .. there must have been something in the air! But I surely do Love those moments!

I'm new w/ all this Blogging so I'm going to do lil' posts here & there until I get the hang of it. :) It seems like a lot of my friends are doing it .. so why not join the Band Wagon? Talk to you all later. :)
